The FIRST of what should be a FEW different penalties in the Plaxico Burress gun case came down today from his team, the New York Giants.

The Giants have suspended Plax 4 games (rest of the regular season) for conduct detrimental to the team AND also placed him on the non-football injury list which mean he will NOT be back for the playoffs either. NICE MOVE GIANTS!

The NFL can still make a suspension in the case AND Plaxico still has the regular legal case against him for the gun charge. HAVE FUN PLAX - GUN PLAY IS BAD!

Randy Goodman, 47, of Sedalia, is seen here with the buck that injured him Nov. 16. Goodman shot the deer twice, but it did not go gently into that good night. The buck attacked Goodman, cutting his head, before he finally finished the job.

The whole Story:

Waking up before the sun, layering on the camouflage and sitting still and quiet in the woods for hours can become a headache for some hunters, but for one Sedalia man his hunting season turned out to be more than just a headache.

The second day of firearm season began just like any other for Randy Goodman, 47.

He headed to his tree stand northwest of Sedalia  Nov. 16 and called his son, who was hunting near by to wish him good luck.

As daylight broke, a doe crossed his path and then two more.

"All of the sudden something came up beside them," Goodman said.

With his Remington .270 rifle in hand, he shot a nice buck broadside. The buck's front legs collapsed as it ran toward a fence and flipped over to the other side.

A second shot at about 30 yards away to the back of the neck put the buck down for good, or so Goodman thought.

A few minutes later Goodman went to check out his trophy. As he grabbed one horn he said, "Wow. What a big deer."

As the nine-point, 240-pound buck lay lifeless the unexpected happened.

The buck stood up and knocked Goodman on his butt, attacking him with his antlers.

"It was 15 seconds of hell," Goodman said.

Goodman thought the deer was trying to go through him as he fought it off the best he could. A few seconds later, the deer was off and running.

"I felt his front legs go over my face," Goodman said.

The buck ran 30 yards and fell down again and Goodman was worried the deer wasn't done yet.

"If he was going to come back I would be in trouble because I was in too much pain," Goodman said.

Goodman walked back to his tree stand and grabbed his gun, finally putting the buck down with two more shots to the neck.

"My face felt warm so I took off my glove and I noticed I was bleeding," Goodman said.

His jacket was soaked in blood and he was becoming dizzy. He called his son and brother for help.

"I knew something was wrong," Goodman said.

He was far back in the woods and knew he would be hard to find, so he jumped back into his truck and drove to the road.

"I was afraid I was going to bleed to death," Goodman said.

In the emergency room, Goodman received seven staples in the left side of his scalp and suffered a light concussion. His right arm and chest were bruised.

Goodman has been hunting since 1979 and said this freak accident taught him one thing.

"I learned a valuable lesson, if you don't think they're dead, you might want to shoot them again," Goodman said.

The bully buck has already been processed and his antlers will soon decorate Goodman's wall.

"JINGLE BELLS!" and then shawn freaking out over the christmas present. lolol i think JR got stuck during the trips vs shelton the little **** match. bwahaha i still cant get over the fact that they were calling brie bella nikki even tho nikki and michelle were shouting the name "brie" at her. gee willickers. lolol. okay i was reading the winners and losers mag for the first time this weekend and then realized something. anyone who bought that magazine before the bella twins debuted as twins and thought that there was only brie bella must be a complete idiot. it says clearly in the one section "twins brianna and nicole garcia" DUURH. i also saw kizarny (hehe when is he going to make his debut?) lolol that made me think back to halloween when my neighbour was dressed as something and caitlyn pointed out to him that he looked a bit like a wrestler (kizarny) and hes all llike "oh yea i do suplexs and ddt's and i bodyslam em and stuff and i dont care bwahhaha!" it was hilarious. thoughts on raw? okay i have to start with santino. **** I N G . H I L A R I O U S ! holy **** i seriosly think that something burst inside me from laughing soo hard. good god, just when i thought that the idiot couldnt get any funnier. still immensly pissed that melina is back on raw. come on , someone like melina would suit the DIVA'S championship much better then michelle . i mean it clearly screams melina lolol and plus im getting sick of beth and melina's ****ing at each other and annoying fights. :\ . and goldust = LOL. santino's scream = LOLOLOL! Well my 2 year old was not happy with RAWs ending, well after he fell asleep last night (like he always does) and having to record it we watched it tuesday night after I got home from work and all that came out of his mouth was Cena No Cena no so I had to talk to him and Calm him down and tell him everything was alright.  This has been a recuring thing every RAW with my son calming him down and trying to explain things to him.

I AM REALLY TICKED OFF!!! WHY ISN'T HBK ONE OF THE 2008 SUPERSTARS FOR THE SLAMMY AWARDS?????????????????????????????????????????????????IT WON'T BE RIGHT WITHOUT HIM. AND SOMEBODY HAS TO KICK THAT IRRITATING SMIRK OF JERICO'S RIGHT OFF HIS FACE FOR GOOD!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Coamo, 2 de diciembre de 2008. Las causas de la recesión actual se deben posiblemente al descontrol del Gobierno al no controlar los grandes intereses del mundo que son Wall Street y las Compañías que participan en estos negocios de ventas de acciones como en las décadas anteriores.

Esta recesión temporera se debe posiblemente a que los grandes intereses abusaron de los consumidores al aumentar los precios del petróleo excesivamente dando como excusa que los costos operacionales del petróleo aumentaron, pero en la realidad el petróleo sale de la tierra y el costo operacional es estable. En realidad trataron de aumentar el petróleo para lograr control del gobierno y la opinión publica. Pero sin embargo no fue así, el consumidor redujo el uso del consumo de la gasolina y además de los derivados del petróleo y tumbo democráticamente a los protectores de los grandes intereses.

Ahora los grandes intereses tienen un inventario de petróleo excesivo y están tratando de aumentar los precios creando una escasez del petróleo, esto no va a funcionar ya que el consumidor esta organizado mediante la era de la informática electrónica. Un ejemplo más reciente es la victoria pacíficamente del nuevo Presidente de Estados Unidos de América.

En resumen, esta recesión fue causada posiblemente por el deseo de enriquecimiento de los grandes intereses internacionales y regionales. El deseo de continuar controlando a los gobiernos en las decisiones que afectan a los grandes intereses.

Esta recesión se debe posiblemente a los terroristas de cuello blanco que tratan de controlar el gobierno, no por razones de ideologías políticas o religiosas sino por la nueva ideología de enriquecimiento individual sin principios morales o religiosos.

Una posible solución temporera es que el gobierno electo por el pueblo establezca una estrategia de control y fiscalización a esos terroristas de cuello blanco. Un acto positivo sería la eliminación del velo corporativo de esas corporaciones y establecer multas y responsabilidad a los altos ejecutivos que fueron responsables por la política negativa que nos llevaron a esta recesión y además que posiblemente provocaría la caída histórica de las bolsas de valores del mundo.

En la década de los 30 hubo una recesión pero la justicia divina se encargo de los causantes, estos se caían por las ventanas de los edificios de sus oficinas. Pero esas personas son diferentes a las que tenemos en estos tiempos, ahora tenemos a los terroristas de cuello blanco que son entes sin conciencia y justicia social.
